Por una vez y sin que sirva de precedente, no estoy de acuerdo contigo. El indicador de reserva de marcha, me gusta en automáticos y manuales, pero a mi entender es más útil en los segundos, pues en los primeros, la aguja habitualmente está a tope. Creo que el objeto del indicador es conocer la "cuerda" que le queda al reloj y por lo tanto la proximidad en que una nueva "carga" será necesaria. Yo creo que la mayoría de los usuarios de automáticos no suele realizar cargas manuales.

His first championship win came when he captured the Italian Formula Three title in 1993 along with distinction in racing at the German Formula Three, the Macau Grand Prix for F3 and the FIA GT Championships. He also participated as a racer in the American Le Mans Series for three seasons. Angelelli has also named the moniker of being the ‘axe’ for the prolific reputation he enjoys of cutting down on seconds and making way for a clean pass to win. Along with partner Wayne Taylor, Angelelli won the 24 Hours of Daytona and the Grand American Daytona Prototype Championship. He was also one of those rare names selected to race at the 2006 IROC in the USA. Angelelli with Frisselle sped away despite a rainy weather at the Grand-Am Montreal 200 and made smart moves by sticking with rain tires, where other were busy shuttling between the dry ones and their rain counterparts. Angelelli saved an invaluable minute in the process to walk away with the honors at a race which was touted as one of the three decisive ones.
This win spearheaded by Max Angelelli and Brian Frisselle has brought team sponsors SunTrust back into the hunt with a current tie at the second position with Chip Ganassi racing. The win reduces the lead by a margin of five points that can be covered with similar results in the upcoming two.

Rolex is a proud associate of this event where competitors like Max Angelelli give all they have to pull out a win even in tough weather conditions. Rolex has been triumphant in many tough weathers and has always retained its position at the top. The championship is a test of survival of the fittest and to see whether the best can come out on top in the face of adversity. Max Angelelli showed his mettle, something that Rolex has always shown with the test of time.

Angelelli has to replicate this one in the coming two to take home the championship.

Watchyouwant I just recently saw another Orfina PD issue to the Venezuelan army and it has the same dial configuration, the guy who owns it knows the history of his watch since it was first issue to the original owner. I have to add that was his watch that sparkled my interest in this particularly Orfina (I’ m originally from Venezuela). This is a post WWII British issued strap but I think predates the later NATO straps. For all I know they might even overlap. It is a medium khaki colored canvas with inked issued markings (don’t know what they mean, other than the arrow of course ), 16.5 mm in width, so fits both WWII and post-WWII watches. It’s in original as found, unworn condition. The metal bits are covered with some sort of black finish which has flaked off in a few spots. There are no holes but it does have a very sharp buckle tang that I am sure was meant to pierce the strap which it looks quite capable of doing. I was asked about this a while ago and just got around to taking pictures of it and then was asked about again today, so here it is.
